Nashua, NH - Yvette M. (Beaulieu)(Benoit) Nee, widow of Alexander L. Benoit and Edward F. Nee, a Nashua, NH resident, formerly of Dracut, died on Friday November 23, 2012, with her loving family by her side. She was 92.
Born in Dracut on February 12, 1920, Yvette was a daughter of the late Raoul and Rosanna (Dore) Beaulieu.
Yvette was a stay at home mother whose devotion was to raise her children.
Yvette was an avid bingo and card player. She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods Resort in Connecticut. She took pleasure in cooking and gardening, activities she loved to teach and share with her family. In earlier years Yvette loved the outdoors, she enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, and especially her time spent at her home in Sebec, Maine.
Survivors include three daughters, Lorraine Wooldridge of Raymond, NH, Jeanne Strout of Hudson, NH, Suzanne Streuffert and her husband James of Port Richey, FL; two brothers, George Beaulieu and his wife Jeannette of Nashua, NH and Raoul Beaulieu and his wife Alice of Lowell; her sister and best friend, Claire Gamache of Nashua, NH; five grandchildren, Marlene Stowell and her husband Paul of Hudson, NH, Gerald Wooldrige of Raymond, NH, Ronald Strout and his wife Jennifer of Pelham, NH, Christine Lizotte and her husband Greg of Hudson, NH and Wayne Gauthier; also seven great grandchildren. She also leaves a dear friend, Norma Colarusso of Nashua, NH. She was the mother of the late Alexander Benoit.
Yvette's family would like to thank the Hospice House of Merrimack, NH for their compassionate care during her stay there.
