W.N. "Big Will" LaDuke

DRACUT - W.N. "Big Will" LaDuke, a longtime resident of Dracut died unexpectedly Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Lowell General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Susan G. (Hobbs) LaDuke, whom he was with for over 40 years.

He was born in Shrewsbury and was the son of the late George H. and Marion (Nelson) LaDuke.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a heavy equipment operator by Brox Industries in Dracut for over 30 years. He was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 4.

Big Will enjoyed buying and trading cars and going deep sea fishing.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Bonnie Cox of Wilton, NH, Diane Boissoneault of Groton, Barbara of Lowell, and Cheri of Tyngsboro; a step-daughter, Jennifer McCormack of Dracut; a step-son, Heath McCormack of Dracut; six grandchildren, his "sidekick" Brittany Murphy, Ryan, Jeremy, Amanda, Monique, and Maghon; many great grandchildren,; his brother, Roy LaDuke and his wife Eileen of Dracut; his fur babies, Benji, Zoe, and Oscar; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also the father of the late Cynthia, the grandfather of the late William Lussier, and the brother of the late Joan D'Arezzo and George LaDuke.
