Wendi Ann Sullivan

NORTH BILLERICA - Wendi Ann Sullivan, age 38, a resident of North Billerica died on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington following a long illness.

She was born in Lowell on July 13, 1983, and was a daughter of Robert J. Sullivan and his current wife Anne of Ashland, NH and Cynthia J. (Corcoran) Sullivan of Chelmsford.

Wendi was a graduate of the Greater Lowell Vocational Technical High School in Tyngsboro and earned her Associate's Degree in American Sign Language (ASL) from Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill. She also earned a Certificate in Medical Coding from the Salter School in South Lowell.

Wendi's career highlighted her ability to make other people smile, she worked part-time as a receptionist at D'Youville Senior Care and Greater Lowell Pediatrics, both in Lowell. She also worked for several years as a transition specialist at Northeast Independent Living in Lawrence for disabled high school students, helping them transition into independent living.

Wendi was an outgoing and charismatic woman and extremely proud of her independence. On a recent birthday, as a celebration of her life she went skydiving. She was an avid foodie and enjoyed meeting her ASL friends for a night out. She also enjoyed listening to all genres of music and word search puzzles, like her grandmother.

In addition to her father, step-mother and her mother, Wendi is survived by her aunts and uncles, Deborah McDougall and her husband Frank of Rutland, VT, Raymond Sullivan and his wife Jane of Dunstable, Dr. Donna Sullivan of Huntington, WV, Katherine Lyons and her husband Jesse of Lebanon, NH, David Sullivan and his wife Diane of Hollis, NH, and Michael Sullivan and his wife Christine of Temple, NH; her grandmother, Patricia Musto of Lowell; additional aunts and uncles, Liza Musto of Lowell, Tony Musto and his wife Tammy of Wilmington, Anne Peterson and her husband Pete of Grantham, NH and Denise Defelice and her husband Tom of Wilton, NH; Beverly Partridge and her husband John of Brownsville, ME, Barry Corcoran of Burlington, her honorary aunt, Suzie Johnson of Tyngsboro; her dear friend and caretaker, Sarah Martinez of North Andover; her cats Ali and Gator; and many dear cousins and friends.

She was also the granddaughter of the late Ray and Lillian Sullivan, Roger and Eleanor Poulin, and Paul Musto and the niece of the late Mark Sullivan and his partner the late Michael O'Connor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Wendi's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Friday from 4:00 until 7:00pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:00am at St. Michael Church in Lowell. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Dartmouth Health Children's Hospital in memory of Wendi.
