DRACUT - Virginia T. (McNulty) Kulis, age 94, a longtime resident of Dracut died Thursday, August 4, 2022 at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph S. Kulis, who died in 2003.
She was born in Nashua, NH on September 21, 1927, and was a daughter of the late Harold and Helen (McGee) McNulty. She received her education in Nashua schools and was a graduate of Nashua High School.
Prior to her retirement, Virginia was employed for many years as a sales clerk at the former King's Department Store in Tewksbury.
Virginia was a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut.
She enjoyed Boston College football, going to Hampton Beach, word searches and ballroom dancing with her late husband Joseph. Her greatest joy however, was spending time in the company of her loving family, especially her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her five sons, Joseph P. Kulis and his wife Anne of Exeter, NH, William M. Kulis and his wife MaryAnne of East Falmouth, Edward J. Kulis and his wife Linda of Hudson, NH, David P. Kulis and his wife Sandy of Dracut and Timothy J. Kulis of Dracut; her three daughters, Mary E. Tryon and her husband William of Dracut, Nancy A. Waller and her husband Elliot of New Boston, NH and Karen B. Quinn and her husband James "Jake" Quinn of Rye, NH; fifteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Robert McNulty, Elizabeth LeBlanc, Rita Cross and Ruth Linscott.
Relatives and friends are invited to Virginia's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Monday from 4:00 until 7:00pm. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00am at St. Francis Church in Dracut. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery in Tewksbury.
