Victoria (Berardi) Frascarelli passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at age 80. She was surrounded by her three sons and the dedicated care-givers at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell, MA. She was the wife of the late George J. Frascarelli.
Born in Methuen on August 14, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Angelina and Rocco Berardi. She is survived by her sons, George and Julia Frascarelli of Chelmsford, MA, Mark and Maria Frascarelli of Atlanta, Georgia and son Will Frascarelli of Boston, MA as well as four grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A child of five she is also survived by her sister, Linda Ciambella of Methuen, MA.
Victoria resided in the Lowell area for most of her life. She was active in many charitable organizations including the Associates of the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa, The Saint Jude Foundation, The March of Dimes Foundation and multiple religious organizations that benefited others. Prior to her marriage, Victoria was a member of the business office of the W.T. Grant chain of department stores. After raising her three sons she went on to work at Wang Laboratories in Lowell, MA. In retirement she took great pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events and other school-related activities.
