LOWELL - Victoria P. "Vicky" (Goras) Cashman, 98, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 after a brief illness.
Born in Dover, NH, Dec. 23, 1919, daughter of Frank and Rosa (Niedzesky) Goras.
Loving wife of John Cashman who predeceased her on May 18, 2000 after sharing 58 years of marriage.
For many years she worked at Jordan Marsh in their billing department.
Vicky was a talented seamstress and enjoyed sewing for her twin daughters well into her later years. She also enjoyed traveling with her family, the beach, reading, and dining out.
She was an intelligent, loving and sociable lady. Her family were the heart and soul and light of her life.
She is survived by her loving twin daughters, Caren Cashman and Carol Caron and her husband Paul R. Caron; and many special nieces and nephews. She had 3 "Special Angels" on earth, Pat, Judy, Nancy. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Joseph, John and Walter Goras, Charlotte Beauregard, S. Estelle Holmes, Mary Duzak, and twins Josephine Bradley and Julia Crowley.
ARRANGEMENTS - Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Vicky's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street on Thursday from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Francis Church in Dracut. Burial will be private.
