Victor O. Belanger

Victor O. Belanger, age 82, died peacefully at his Lowell home surrounded by his loving family on March 11. He was the husband of Simonne T. (Nobert) Belanger with whom he would have celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary on May 27th of this year.
He was born in Dracut on February 5, 1925, a son of the late David and Marie Louise (Ouellette) Belanger.
Mr. Belanger was a communicant of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church in Lowell.
He was a retired shoe maker for many years and was employed by several area shoe shops.
Surviving him besides his wife are seven children and their spouses, Gabrielle and Katherine Belanger both of Bedford, Richard and Violette Belanger of Nashua, NH, David and Rita Belanger of Lowell, Judy and Bob Villeneuve of Chelmsford, Pauline and Allan Foote of Dracut, Michael Belanger of Lowell; ten grandchildren, Ricky, David, Lisa, Bobby, Jenny, Christine, John, Mark, Elizabeth, and Gina; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
