Victor P. Beaudette, 90, of Dracut, MA, beloved husband of Claire (Hogue) Beaudette, with whom he clebrated 61 years of marriage this past June, died on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at Saints Medical Center, Lowell, MA.

Mr. Beaudette was born March 17, 1916, in Lowell, MA, son of the late Adrien and Alice (Dubois) Beaudette. He was also the stepson of the late Angele (Harvey) Beaudette. He grew up in Lowell, MA.
Mr. Beaudette served in the United States Navy for four years during World War II. He was self employed, the owner of the well known Vic's Pastry Shop on Lakeview Ave. in Lowell for many years, retiring in 1983.
Mr. Beaudette enjoyed woodworking, was an avid gardener and loved to bake for his family.
He was a communicant of Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish in Dracut. He was a member and past President of the Holy Name Society, the Men's Club and the 500 Club at his parish.
Mr. Beaudette was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
In addition to his wife survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Harvey and his wife Rosemaria Beaudette of Dracut, MA, Norman Beaudette and his wife Patricia Hider of Loveland, Ohio, and Louis and his wife Kristine Beaudette of Hudson, NH.; ten grandchildren, David and his wife Leslie Beaudette of Lowell, Steven and his wife Kimberly Beaudette of Nashua, NH, Kevin Beaudette of Pelham, NH, Amy Beaudette of Dracut, MA, Leigh Beaudette Cameron and her husband Daniel of Waltham, MA, Michael Beaudette of Dudley, MA , Marc and John Beaudette of Allston, MA, Jessica Ralls of Dracut, MA, and Jason Ralls of Seattle, WA; four great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Beaudette of Nashua, NH, Ben Ratty and HannaRose Beaudette of Lowell, MA; four sisters, Dolores Brouillette, Jeanne Tousignant and Simone Chandonnet of Lowell, MA, Estelle Tarpinian of Willimantic, CT, a brother, Andre (Bucky) Beaudette of Tyngsboro, MA, a sister-in-law, Dolores Arel of Nashua, NH and a brother-in-law, Roland Hogue of Lowell, MA.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Narcisse and Rose Hogue of Dracut, MA, his brother, Harvey Beaudette of Lowell, MA, two sisters, Gabrielle Baribeault and Germaine Beaudette of Lowell, MA, two sisters-in-law, Annette Dauphinais of Dracut, MA and Lorraine Beaudette of Tyngsboro, MA, five brothers-in-law, Nelson (David) Hogue, Andrew Baribeault, and Robert Tousignant of Lowell, MA, Andrew Brouillette of Dracut, MA and Charles Tarpinian of Connecticut.
