Vera A. Wolfgang

Dracut- Vera A. (O'Neil) Wolfgang, 88, a Dracut resident, died Wednesday July 26, 2006 at a local nursing home.
She was born in Lowell on July 30, 1917, daughter of the late John J. and Mary J. (Drain) O'Neil.
Mrs. Wolfgang was employed as an inspector/store keeper for the Raytheon Corp. in Andover. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and needlepoint. She was a communicant of St. Michael Church.
A devoted mother to her children that survive her, Francis Wolfgang and his wife Pamela of Wells, ME, Eric Wolfgang and his wife Benita of Beeville, TX, Barbara Grieshop of Portland, IN and Susan Thumm of Lowell; nine grandchildren, Christine Guzzardi of Haverhill, Jennifer Legault of Woburn, Christopher Grieshop and Jonathan Grieshop of Portland, IN, Shaun Wolfgang of Beeville, TX, April Clark of Converse, TX, Virginia Knapp of Albany, NY, Christopher Silva of Haverhill and Jack Silva of Lowell; and several great grandchildren. She was the former wife of the late Frank P. Wolfgang and was a companion and close friend to the late Walter Brouillette.
