Vanessa (Farris) Burton

Vanessa (Farris) Burton, 67, a long-time Lowell resident, died Saturday, May 28, 2022 at home surrounded by her family.

Born in Lowell on October 10, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Lula (Simmons) and Chester Farris. She was raised and educated in Lowell and graduated from Lowell High School, class of 1972.

Vanessa is survived and will be deeply missed by her four siblings, Arthur Farris and his wife Doreen, Jonathan Farris and his wife Angela, Gregory Farris and his wife Sandy and Camilla Twitty; her Godmother, Wilda Chapman; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Vanessa's Life Celebration on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 4 until 8 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. Her Funeral Service will be celebrated Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, Lowell. KINDLY MEET AT CHURCH. Interment to follow in Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell.
