Tina M. Coutu

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Tina Marie (Caloggero) Coutu, a cherished daughter, mother, grandmother and sister, who left this world on August 16, 2024.

She was born on October 2, 1965 and the daughter of Theresa R. (Poitras) Caloggero of Salem, NH and the late John M. Caloggero. Tina was a graduate of Dracut High School and achieved an Early Childhood Development Certification.

Tina’s greatest joy came from spending time with her three beloved sons and four adored grandchildren. Each moment with them was a treasure, filling her heart with immense happiness. Tina's life was a testament to her nurturing spirit, as she devoted her days to loving and caring for children through her work in early childhood development. She was also a dedicated food server at Aramark in the UMASS Lowell Dining Hall, where her warm and caring nature continued to touch lives.

Tina was a vibrant soul whose passions included long, sun-filled days on the beach, thrilling motorcycle rides with friends and family and treasured moments of girl time and trips with her closest friends.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Brandon Coutu. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Roland and Hope Coutu of Townsend; her son, Ryan Coutu of Pepperell; her four grandchildren, Faith, Ava, Cameron and Cole Coutu; her husband, Roland Coutu of Pepperell; her siblings, Lisa Caloggero of Salem, NH, John and Rita Caloggero of Bon Aqua, TN, Philip Caloggero of Bon Aqua, TN and Dino Caloggero of Salem, NH; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and will be remembered for her boundless love and the joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy of warmth and compassion will forever be cherished.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Tina’s Life Celebration on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 11 AM until 1 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell followed by her funeral service at 1:45 PM at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, Chelmsford.
