SALISBURY - Thomas A. Vaillancourt, 58, a resident of Salisbury, passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, March 20, 2017, at his home.
Born in Lowell on September 11, 1958, he was a son of the late Ernest C. and Lorraine C. (Corcoran) Vaillancourt.
Tom was educated in Lowell schools and was employed as a machinist for Plastic Distributors and Fabricators of Haverhill.
He was an avid Patriots and Red Sox Fan.
"His family was his pride and joy. He made an impact on everyone's life and his memory of a funny, hard headed father and friend will forever live on."
Tom is survived by two children, Thomas A. Vaillancourt, Jr. and Lorry R. Vaillancourt, both of Salisbury; three brothers and a sister, Daniel R. Vaillancourt and David E. Vaillancourt and his wife Nancy, all of Tyngsboro, Normand A. Vaillancourt of Lowell and Diane L. Fenn and her husband Robert of Dunstable; several nieces, nephews and many lifelong childhood friends. He was a brother of the late Marc J. Vaillancourt.
