Therese L. Gendreau

Dracut - Therese L. (Lauziere) Gendreau, a resident of Dracut, and the beloved wife of James J. Gendreau, died Saturday April 25, 2009.
She was born in Lowell on December 7, 1927 a daughter of the late George and Yvonne (Morin) Lauziere.
Therese was a communicant of St. Francis Parish, where she taught Religious education for many years. She was also a past member of the Dracut Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary. Therese enjoyed sewing, bingo and trips to Foxwoods Resort. She also spent many summers vacationing at Newfound Lake in Bristol, New Hampshire.
Surviving her besides her husband is a son and daughter in law, James R. and Alyson Gendreau of Pelham, NH; a daughter Jacqueline Murphy and Ralph Edwards of Pelham, NH; four grandchildren, Sean Murphy, Kayla Gendreau, Patrick Gendreau, Casey Gendreau; two great grandchildren, Avery and Liliana Murphy; a brother Joseph Roland Lauziere of South Carolina; a dear friend Nancy McGrail of Merrimack, NH. She was also the mother of the late Robert J. Gendreau, grandmother of the late William Michael Murphy, and sister of the late Arthur Lauziere.
