Theresa R. (Gagnon) Perrin, 87, of Lowell, residing at The Willow Manor in Lowell, formerly a longtime resident of the Merrimack River Valley House on Fletcher Street in Lowell, died May 14th after a long period of declining health.
She was the beloved wife of the late Ephrem J. Perrin, and former longtime companion of the late Frederick Hervieux of Lowell.
Born in Lowell on April 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Alice (Harnoise) Gagnon.
For many years Theresa was employed at Lowell Shoe in Lowell.
Theresa was an excellent mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was always knitting and crocheting something special for those that she loved. She was a member of the Lowell Senior Center and for many years the Lowell VFW Post 662 Ladies Auxiliary.
Her survivors include three daughters, Alice Curtsinger of Connersville, Indiana, Dianne Hogue and her husband David of Dracut, MA, Susan Nadeau and her husband Harry of Londonderry, NH; six grandchildren, Donna Way and her husband David of Connersville, Indiana, James Curtsinger of NH, Nicole Carter and her husband Brent of Pepperell, MA, Krista Leahy and her husband Brian of Londonderry, NH, Joseph Nadeau of Cambridge, MA, Amanda Lavallee and her husband John of Nashua, NH; 11 great grandchildren: John Way, Brittany Hobbs, Daniel Hobbs, Olivia Carter, Devin Carter, Justin Carter, Ava Leahy, Siera Curtsinger, Dakota Curtsinger, Olivia Curtsinger, Savannah Curtsinger; four great-great grandchildren: Dorian, Ariel, Zavier, Cayden.
She was the sister of the late Arthur Gagnon of Dracut.
