Theresa A. (Ouellette) Perez

DRACUT - Theresa A. (Ouellette) Perez, 68, a resident of Dracut died Sunday, May 16, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Rene Perez.

She was born in Lowell on September 5, 1952, and was a daughter of the late Pauline (Grimard) and Raymond Ouellette. She received her education in Lowell schools and graduated high school at St. Louis Academy.

She worked many years as a driver for the LRTA Roadrunner services.

Theresa loved the beach, mountains and reading. She enjoyed family gatherings and taking day trips with her husband. Her greatest joy however, was spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Theresa is survived and will be deeply missed by her three children, Kimberly Patenaude and her husband Ron of Newburyport, Laurie Suppa and her husband Bill of Hudson, NH and Ronald Morrissette and his wife Janice of Tyngsboro; her two step-daughters, Jessica and Rebecca Perez; her nine grandchildren, Matthew, Tyler, Alexandra, Victoria, Joshua, Josie, Luke, Jace and Jaxon; her sister Janet D. (Ouellette) McLain and her husband Philip of Pelham, NH; her two nephews, David LaRocque of Hampton, NH and Rick LaRocque and his significant other Lisa of Foxboro; as well as many other relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her nephew, Raymond LaRocque.

Theresa and her family are forever grateful to Marcey Phillips and the staff of Beacon Hospice for their compassionate care and guidance as Theresa spent the final year of her life in the comfort of her own home surrounded by loved ones.

Relatives and friends are invited to Theresa's Life Celebration on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 4 until 7 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. Due to health restrictions, face coverings and social distancing are required. Burial services will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Theresa's memory to Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 559 Pine Street, Lowell, MA 01851.
