Theresa I. (Denault) Chamberlain

VENICE, FL - Theresa Irene (Denault) Chamberlain, age 89, went home to the good Lord June 26, 2017 surrounded by her family at the Tidewell Hospice House in Venice FL. She was born in Dracut, MA on February 13, 1928, daughter of the late Joseph and Flore (Forget) Denault.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Bill, who she met in the 4th grade of grammar school. Teri also is survived by her two loving sons, Robert of Hollis NH and and Bruce and his wife Patricia of Milford NH. She had three grandchildren, Sara Chamberlain , Kristen Chamberlain and Tauxsin Ashwin, and two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Sawyer. She is also survived by two sisters, Rita McQuarrie of Fort Pierce, FL and Gertrude Moffett of Beverly, MA. She is predeceased by three brothers and five sisters.
A graduate of Dracut High School Class of 1945, Teri also attended Lowell Commercial College before becoming a stay at home mom in Chelmsford, MA, where she raised her two boys. She also lived in Nashua, NH, where she enjoyed golf and curling before living in Morristown, NJ . Teri retired to Venice, FL where she lived and enjoyed playing golf with Bill and her friends at Waterford for the next 24 years .
Teri was a member of Epiphany Cathedral in Venice where she was a Eucharistic Minister for 18 years. She had also been a Eucharistic Minister at St. Virgil's Catholic Church when she and Bill lived in Morristown, NJ. Teri was a great cook and enjoyed baking as well as reading and traveling.
