Theodore L. Dionne, 87, a resident of Salem, NH died Thursday November 8, 2012 at Lawrence General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Claire T. (Hamel) Dionne of Salem, NH.
Born in Nashua, NH on March 4, 1925, he was a son of the late Joseph E. and Agnes (St. Laurent) Dionne.
During WWII, Ted served in the United States Navy earning the rank of Water Tender Second Class. He was honorably discharged in 1946.
Ted was employed by Raytheon Lowell for 30 years.
Ted was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, VFW Post 8546 of Salem, NH, and IBEW Union Local 1505.
For more than 25 years, Ted and his family enjoyed camping all over New Hampshire.
In addition to his wife, Claire, survivors include a son, Stephen Dionne and his wife, Stacy of Pelham, NH, a daughter, Patricia Dozibrin and her husband, John of Salem, NH, a step-son, Norman V. Lussier and his companion, Donna Groom of Malden; a step-daughter, Suzanne Morin and her husband, Dennis of Groton; two brothers, Paul Dionne of Pelham, NH and Albert Dionne of Montana; a sister, Theresa Bedard of Pelham, NH; his grandchildren, Jason Dionne, John Dozibrin, Kerrie Jaskal, Kristin Ruston, Steven Lussier; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Arthur Dionne.
