LOWELL - Stella (Kosidlo) Inglis, 92, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Sunday morning, January 10, 2010 at Saints Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of the late William A. Inglis.
Born in Lowell on January 25, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Anelia (Piwowarek) Kosidlo.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the Mobile Chemical Company of Lowell. She had been previously employed by McGowan-Educator Biscuit Company of Lowell.
Mrs. Inglis was a communicant of St. Michael Church.
Her life was centered around her family and her church.
She is survived by three sons, John P. Inglis and his wife Carol of Lowell, William P. Inglis and his wife Jean of Rogers, TX and Daniel Inglis and his wife Joyce of Gresham, SC; a daughter, Virginia A. Powers, R.N. and her husband Robert J. of Lowell; a sister, Virginia Chiasson of Pelham, NH; nine grandchildren, John F. Inglis, Robert A. Inglis, Robert James Powers, Carrie A. Powers So, Heather A. Maguire, Martha DiMilla, Molly Powers, Dale Inglis and Joshua Inglis. She also leaves 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Sophie Cielakie, Mary Makarewicz, Peter Kosidlo and Stanley Kosidlo.
