Shirley P. (Eno) Dalphond

Shirley Patricia (Eno) Dalphond, 84 of Dracut, died peacefully at her home Tuesday, June 5, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.  

Shirley was born in Lowell, on May 9, 1934, the daughter of the late Noel George and Courana (Brissette) Eno.

Shirley was a graduate of St. Louis Academy in Lowell.  She worked at Scott Jeweler and later  at D'Youville Manor in Lowell for 26 years.  

Shirley loved doing Crossword puzzles and  going for walks, but most of all spending time with her family who she loved dearly and her cat, Missy.  She also loved to spend time with best friend Priscilla Stone.

She is survived by her loving husband, Albert J. Dalphond of Dracut, with who she would of celebrated her 60th Wedding anniversary in September.  She is also survived by her son and daughter in law, Bruce and Joanne Dalphond of Lowell, her daughters Karen Prescott and Susan Dalphond of Hudson, NH and her son, Michael Dalphond of  Dracut. She was a loving Grandmother to Tyler, Spencer and Zachery Prescott of Hudson, NH, and Amanda Dalphond of Lowell.  She also leaves two great grandchildren , Atticus Dalphond and Lillian Prescott.  She is  predeceased by her brother, N. George Eno, Jr and her grandson, Christopher Dalphond.

Relatives and friends are invited to Shirley's Life Celebration at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth St. from 9 until 11 AM on Saturday, June 9. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 AM Ste Marguerite Parish, 1340 Lakeview Ave., Dracut, Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chelmsford, In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Teen Challenge, 1315 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
