Sharon M. (Ralls) Goyette

LOWELL - Sharon M. (Ralls) Goyette, 55, a resident of the Christian Hill neighborhood in the Centralville section of Lowell, passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018, following a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Peter J. Goyette, Jr., with whom she shared 31 years of marriage.
Born in Lowell on December 22, 1962, she was a daughter of Raymond F. Ralls of Lowell and the late Pauline C. (Morin) Ralls.
Sharon was a graduate of the Greater Lowell Technical High School, Class of 1980.
She was previously employed by the Greater Lowell YMCA in the human resource department.
In her youth, Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family at Nabnasset Lake. More recently, she and Pete enjoyed trips to the White Mountains and spending time at the ocean.
Sharon looked forward to her sons' sporting events, especially their lacrosse seasons during which she was actively involved. She was also an avid volunteer for many years with the Sun Santa Program.
Sharon had a great sense of humor and embraced sharing a good laugh with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband and father, Sharon leaves two sons, Matthew R. Goyette of Cambridge and Shane G. Goyette of Lowell; a sister, Patricia Mullally and her husband Timothy of Quincy; nieces and nephews, Tyler Ralls, Finley and Molly Mullally, Deanna Goyette; her father-in-law, Peter J. Goyette, Sr. of Dracut. Sharon also leaves her loving canine companion Stella, who was by her side during her illness. She was a sister of the late Thomas E. Ralls, daughter-in-law of the late Theresa A. "Dolly" (Kelleher) Goyette and sister-in-law of the late Michael L. Goyette.
GOYETTE - Relatives and friends are invited to Sharon's Life Celebration on Thursday from 4 until 8 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11:30 AM in the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
