LOWELL- Scott F. Lamphier, 39, of a lifelong resident of Lowell died Wednesday March 9, 2011.

Scott was a lover of country music and cherished the time he spent with his loving niece, Chloe.

Lamphier and his wife, Florence of Lowell; a niece, Chloe Lamphier of Lowell; an aunt, Nancy Netzer and her husband, Andy of Lowell; an uncle, John Lamphier of Littleton; his godfather, Mr. Bettencourt of Lowell; and his dear friends, Frank and Kay Desruisseaux of Lowell.
