Rose (Haggerty) Lamoureux

Rose E. Lamoureux, 90, a resident of Dracut, died Saturday, January 9th at Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in Lowell on October 30, 1925, she was married for 60 years to the late Marcel J. Lamoureux, who passed away in 2011, and was the daughter of the late James J. and Mary (Moody) Haggerty.
Rose was a mother and homemaker who grew up in Lowell and moved to Dracut with her family in 1960. She was a communicant of St. Francis Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening, boating and traveling.
She is survived by 3 children, Sheila A. and Greg Robertshaw of Tewksbury, Roger E. and Jeri L. (Simpson) Lamoureux of Phoenix, AZ and Rosemary L. and John R. Carnevale Jr. of Dracut, 4 grandchildren, Carol L. and Robert M. Lamoureux of Arizona, and Kevin J. and Ryan M. Carnevale of Dracut. She was the sister of James (Jim) Haggerty and his wife Ellen of San Diego CA. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
