Rose (Shenoskey) Fauvel, age 82, loving wife of Leo for 50 years, passed away at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH, on Saturday, October 1, 2011. Rose was encouraged to let go and go to sleep by family and friends present at the time.
Rose was born in Nahma, Michigan on October 10, 1928, the daughter of Eva Keeway and John Moby. Rose was a member of the "Little Traverse Band of Odawa Indians".
Rose was a stitcher and electronics inspector at various companies in Lowell, Long Island, NY, and Hudson, NH. In retirement, Rose enjoyed excursions to various casinos and their alluring slot machines.
In addition to her husband, Rose is survived by a loved and loving daughter, Louise McNamara; 3 grandchildren, Charles Luck, Stacy Karman and her husband Craig and Kimberly Luck, all of Grand Rapids, Michigan area. Rose also had 8 great grandchildren, Lyndsey, Jordan, Shelby, Haley, Hillary, Zack, C.J. and Alicia. Rose's loving family in Michigan includes 4 brothers, Sam Shenoskey of Alanson, Ed and Steve Shenoskey of Harbor Springs and Richard Shenoskey of Cedarville; 2 dear sisters, Marion Taylor of Alanson and Janet Keshick of Grand Rapids. Rose was also blessed with a loving extended local family including Rick and Sandi Fauvel of Hudson, NH, Marge Marshall of Lowell, Elaine Salas of Canyon Lake, TX and Gloria Fauvel of Tyngsborough, and a special dear friend, Anne Trottier of Tyngsborough. 'Aunt Rose" is survived by more than 30 respectful, dear nephews and nieces. Rose is sorely missed by our toy poodle, Max. Rose was predeceased by a brother, James Shenoskey. Also, thank you all for your love and support throughout Rose's ordeal.
