Roland E. Brodeur

Pelham, NH

Roland E. Brodeur, age 74, a long time resident of Pelham, NH, died at home on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. He was born in Barton, Vermont on August 9, 1951 and was a son of the late Anita (Fortin) and Paul Brodeur.

He was raised and educated in Lowell and a graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1969. After graduating from high school he proudly went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force. Before retiring he served 25 years and afterwards continued his dedication through the Air Force Association.

Roland later attended the University of Nebraska Omaha and later went on to work part time for the U.S. Postal Service in Nashua. There he joined the American Postal Workers Union, Manchester Area Local.

A man of faith and a devoted Catholic, Roland was a communicant of St. Patrick’s Church in Pelham, NH. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 100 and a life member of the VFW Post 15030, members-at-large.

Roland is survived by his brothers, Roger Brodeur and Norman Brodeur and his wife, Debbie; his sister, Nancy Searles; his brother-in-law, Robert MacDonald; his closest niece, Tina LaTorella; his grand-nephew, Anthony LaTorella; his two grand-nieces, Mariena LaTorella and Ava Sabatino; as well as several other nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his sisters, Paulette MacDonald and Janet Roper and her husband, Walter.

Relatives and friends are invited to Roland’s Life Celebration on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from 5 until 7 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Pelham, NH. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
