Robert F. Holdsworth

OBITUARY
DRACUT - Robert F. Holdsworth, 82, a resident of Dracut and formerly of Lowell, died Saturday evening, April 28, 2007, at Saints Medical Center. He was the devoted husband of Therese M. (Higgins) Holdsworth R.N. with whom he shared fifty one years of marriage.
He was born in Lowell on November 26, 1924, a son of the late Albert E. and Edith N. (Lovering) Holdsworth.
Mr. Holdsworth was a graduate of Lowell High School. Prior to his retirement, he worked for twenty-five years at Raytheon Corp. in Andover as an inspector.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Charles R. Holdsworth and his wife Debra of New Market, NH, Robert A. Holdsworth and his wife Danielle of Derry, NH and John E. Holdsworth and his fianc�e Carolyn Landry of Lowell; a daughter, Kathleen A. Martineau and her husband Maurice of Chelmsford; four grandchildren, Tia and Kerilyn Martineau and Alyssa and Samuel Holdsworth; a great grandson, Sage; a sister and her husband, Ruth "Shirley" and William Ramsay of FL; two sisters-in-law, Donna Holdsworth of Concord, NH and Mary Patenaude Higgins of Lowell; his former daughter-in-law, Dawn Holdsworth of Pelham, NH; also many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late E. Edward Holdsworth.
