Rita Y. (Motard) Verville

Rita Y. (Motard) Verville age 90, beloved wife of the late Raymond R. Verville died on Tuesday February 9, 2016 following a period of declining health.

Born in Lowell on November 22, 1925,a daughter of the late Ralph U.R. and Marie Adele E. (Allard) Motard-Langlois, and stepdaughter of the late Joseph Albert Langlois of Lowell.

Rita had been a volunteer at the Community Teamwork foster grandparents program and teachers helper at the former Parker Avenue School in Dracut.  She was a member of the Lowell VFW post 662 Ladies Auxiliary and Dracut Senior Citizens.

Survivers include a daughter Denise M. Anastasopoulos of Sudbury; a son and Daughter-In-Law Raymond P. and Sheryl L Verville of Manchester, NH; 5 grandchildren, James S.  Anastasopoulos, Tina M., Linda A., Jarrad P. and Adam T. Verville; 2 step grandchildren Kelley Baker and Jamie Martin; and several nieces and nephews and their children.  Sister of the late Leo A. (Patricia) Motard of Lowell, Mrs. Alfred (Annette) Goyette of Lowell and Mrs Peter (Aura) Golden of Tyngsboro.
