Rita B. (Trial) Boucher, 94, of Dracut and formerly of Chelmsford and St. Petersburg, FL died at D'Youville Senior Care, on September 21st after a brief illness.
She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A Boucher who died in 1994 with whom she shared 48 years of marriage.
Born in Fall River, on May 1, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Eva (Lambert) Trial.
She worked in a sewing factory in her early years. After marriage to Robert, she went on to dedicate her time to raising and taking care of her family. She enjoyed bowling, playing tennis, entertaining family and friends, playing cards and watching the Boston Red Sox,
Surviving her are two sons and their wives, Paul and Nancy Boucher of Lowell and Robert and Susan Boucher of Pelham, N.H.; one daughter, Jeanne and her husband, George McPhetres of Centerville; three grandchildren, Ashley Boucher and her partner Kevin Lamarre , Catherine and John Casey; and Robbie Boucher; one great grand child, Keagan Casey.
She was predeceased by three sisters; Germaine, Theresa and Bernadette and five brothers: Hormidas, Jerry, Raymond, Roger and Normand
