Rita L. Bisson

Rita L. (Leveque) Bisson, 83, a lifelong resident of Dracut, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Jean E. Bisson who died in 1992.
Born in Lowell on May 3, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Jean and Eva (Dufour) Leveque.
Mrs. Bisson was a member of Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish in Dracut.
She devoted her life to the care of her beloved children and grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Jean E. Bisson of Dracut; six daughters, Patricia Bisson of Manchester, NH, Jacqueline M. Charette and her husband Richard of Dracut, Bernadette Bisson of Dracut, who lovingly cared for her mother for the last six years, Rita Zemetres and her husband Ronald of Lutz, FL, Dianne B. Howe and her husband Charles of Nashua, NH and Claudette Bisson of Pelham, NH; two sisters, Therese Beausoleil and Margaret Marcoullier, both of Dracut; sixteen grandchildren, Christopher Gleason, Stephen Lussier, Adam Bisson, Leona Cemorelis, Lauren Wetherbee, Amara Bisson, Daniel Charette, Jacqueline Buckley, Michelle Charette, Jacqueline Deskurakis, Rachel Zemetres, Aaron Zemetres, Megan Howe, Caroline Howe, Timothy Howe and Brian Howe; five great grandchildren, Thomas Way Bisson, Ava Cemorelis, Alissa Pare, Jordan Buckley and Chase Buckley; also many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Cecile Hebert, Jeanne Hastings, Pauline Briere and Albert Leveque.
