Rita A. (Beaudry) Baribeault
August 10, 1915 — January 27, 2016
Rita A. (Beaudry) Baribeault, age 100, a resident of Pelham, NH, formerly of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at the D'Youville Senior Care surrounded by her loving family.
She was the beloved wife of the late Lucien E. Baribeault, who died in 1998.
Rita was born in Lowell on August 10, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Severin and Diana (Robitaille) Beaudry.
Rita was a very active volunteer and parishioner of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church.
Mrs. Baribeault was a 1935 graduate of St. Louis Academy. Prior to her retirement, Rita worked as a nursing assistant at Tewksbury Hospital for many years. She was also a volunteer at the former St. Joseph's Hospital and the former St. John's Hospital.
Rita was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed many activities, especially playing cards with family and friends, and watching her beloved Red Sox and Patriots.
Surviving her is one son, Richard Baribeault of Whitinsville, MA; two daughters and a son in law, Celine Alexander of Newport, RI, Denise and Raymond Lessard of Pelham, NH; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three sisters in law, Simonne Baribeault of Lowell, Majella Beaudry of Tyngsboro, Estelle Dubois of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Roger, Noel, and Armand Beaudry, and sister in law of the late Claire Beaudry.
