Richard L. Tucker, 81, a Dracut resident, died Monday, February 9, 2015 at the Lowell General Hospital following a period of declining health.
Born in Malden on May 6, 1933 he was a son of the late William A. and Inez E. (Lake) Tucker.
Mr. Tucker served with the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
Prior to his retirement he served as I.T. Director for Camber Corp.
He is survived by his children, Jacqueline Clayton of Dracut, Richard and Lorena (Gonzalez) Tucker of Leesburg, VA and Jason and Sayaka (Imabayashi) Tucker of Los Angeles, CA; his former spouses, Sylvia Barry of Newport Richey, FL and Sandra Lyons of Tewksbury; Sandra's children and their families, Dennis, Kimberly, Cheryl and Denise; his many grandchildren, among whom are, Jennifer, Erin, Debra, Robyn, Ricardo, Natalie and Bianca; several great grandchildren; three brothers, Laurence and Donna Tucker of Wakefield, Robert Tucker of Tewksbury and Charles and Patty Tucker of Medford. He was the father of the late Carolyn Tucker, father-in-law of the late Bruce Clayton and Bruce DeSimone, and brother of the late William and Norman Tucker and Marilyn Bosia.
