OBITUARY
Pelham, NH - Richard W. Patenaude Jr., 43, a resident of Pelham, NH, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 10, 2006 while snowmobiling in Canada. He was the husband of Pauline L. (Gagniere) Patenaude with whom he celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary of February 8, 2006.
He was born in Lowell on July 10, 1962. He leaves his father, Richard W. "Mike" Patenaude and his wife Pauline of Lowell and his mother, Barbara J. (Charest) (Patenaude) Hurley and her husband Thomas of Vero Beach,FL.
Mr. Patenaude was the owner/operator of his family's business, Dracut Sewer Service, Inc. of Dracut.
He was a member of the East End Club and the Pelham Fish and Game Club.
He was also a member of St. Patrick Parish in Pelham, NH.
Mr. Patenaude enjoyed working on cars, riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling and hunting.
He also enjoyed automobile racing, and had raced at the Lee Speedway in Lee, NH.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his daughter, Katie E. Patenaude of Pelham, NH, a freshman at Anna Maria College; his son, Richard R. Patenaude of Pelham, NH, a sophomore at Pelham High School; two sisters, Lori A. Stowell of Hudson, NH and Lisa A. Wood and her husband Russ of Pelham, NH; his mother-in-law, Pauline L. Gagniere of Dracut; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
