Obituary
DRACUT - Richard Mailloux, 64, a Dracut resident, died Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at a local nursing home. He was the husband of Mildred M. (Bason) Mailloux.
Born in Lowell on October 27, 1939, he was a son of the late Adrien J. "Sam" Mailloux and Alice M. (Laforge) Mailloux of Dracut and West Palm Beach, FL who survives him.
Mr. Mailloux's employments included Vesper Country Club, from which he retired and the Greater Lowell Regional Vocational Technical High School where he worked previously.
He was a communicant of St. Louis de France Church and a Troop Leader of St. Louis Boy Scouts Troup 25. Other affiliations included the 71 Mixers Bowling League and the Centralville Social Club.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by three sons, Richard J. Mailloux of Lowell, David L. Mailloux of Dracut and Michael T. Mailloux and his wife Jennifer of Manchester, NH; four daughters, Dolores A. Dubois-Mailloux of Dracut, Theresa J. Mailloux of Manchester, MA, Jane M. Hodgdon and her husband Robert of Hudson, NH and Sandra L. Blanchette and her husband Robert of Dracut; two sisters, Pauline Mailloux of Chelmsford and Lorraine Mailloux of Dracut; four brothers, Paul Mailloux and his wife Nancy of Altemonte, FL, Charles Mailloux and his wife Margaret of Barrington, RI, Maurice Mailloux and his wife Nancy of Agawam and Peter Mailloux and his wife Judith of Methuen; six grandchildren, Katie Delisle, Taylor Mailloux, Jacob Hodgdon, Arieanna Blanchette, Gabriella Blanchette and Grace Hodgdon; also several nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late Roger Mailloux.
