PELHAM, NH – Richard M. Beaudoin, Sr., 49, a resident of Pelham, NH, but formerly of Lowell, died Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at a local healthcare facility with his loving family by his side. He was the beloved husband of Kim M. (Pomerleau) Beaudoin.
Born in Lowell on April 25, 1965, he was a son of Gloria B. (Normandin) (Beaudoin) Mazza and her husband Joseph of Haverhill, and the late Paul A. Beaudoin.
A sports enthusiast, Rick enjoyed playing softball and golf with his friends. He enjoyed watching New England Sports Teams, especially the Boston Red Sox. He loved to go see the Lowell Spinners and was a season ticket holder since they came to Lowell.
Most important to Rick was time spent with his loving wife, children and family.
Prior to his illness, he was employed by the Raytheon Company of Andover as an engineer.
In addition to his wife and mother he leaves three children, Richard M. Beaudoin, Jr., Rachelle K. Beaudoin and Brian A. Beaudoin, all of Pelham, NH; two brothers, Dr. Stephen Beaudoin and his wife Arna of West Newbury and Scott Beaudoin of Pelham, NH; a sister, Judith McGrath and her husband Douglas of Brookline, NH; his father-in-law, Albert Pomerleau of Pelham, NH; a brother-in-law, Kent Pomerleau and his wife Brenda of Pelham, NH; 7 nieces and nephews, Michael, Sabrina and Tamrah Beaudoin, Scott and Ryan McGrath, Corey and Bradley Pomerleau; many friends including his best friend, Steve Moreau and his wife Deb. He was the son-in-law of the late Pauline (Bergeron) Pomerleau and brother-in-law of the late Brian Pomerleau.
