Raymond N. Proulx

Dracut - Raymond N. Proulx, widower of Cecile B. (Menard) Proulx, a lifelong resident of Dracut died Wednesday January 7, 2009 following a brief illness. He was 85.
He was born in Dracut on December 25, 1923, a son of the late Joseph L. and Anna (Charette) Proulx.
Raymond was a veteran of WWII having served in the Army. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a crane operator for H E Fletcher Quarry.
Raymond attended the Grace Bible Church in Dracut.
Survivors include a daughter and son in law, Louise Y. and John Miaso of Elmwood Park, IL; two sons and daughters in law, Norman and Suzanne (Schiripo) Proulx of Dracut, Timothy and Jane (Lorman) Proulx of Nashua, NH; six grandchildren, Jeremy Smith of San Francisco, CA, Matthew Smith of North Palm Beach, FL, Stephen Proulx of Dracut, Jason Proulx of Londonderry, NH, Benjamin Proulx of Nashua, NH, Jared Proulx of Nashua, NH; seven great grandchildren, Liko, Juliette, Micah, Kyle, Ryan, Cody, Sara; two sisters, Blanche Jussaume, Louise Proulx both of Dracut; a brother and sister in law, Robert and Barbara Proulx of Dracut; and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Pete, Roland, Leo, Arthur, Gerard, Armand, Jeannette Theriault, Rita Gregoire and Laura Marchand.
