Raymond P. Grenon

Lowell - Raymond P. Grenon, 78, widower of Eleanor M. "Ellen" (Zalechowski) Grenon, a resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Saturday March 11, 2006, following an extended illness.
He was born in Connecticut on May 4, 1927, a son of the late Ralph and Cecile (Barrette) Grenon.
Mr. Grenon was a veteran of WWII having served in the US Navy. He was a retired manager in the service department of the former Colonial Gas Co.
Mr. Grenon was a communicant of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church and currently St. Rita's Church. He was an avid gardener.
Survivors include a daughter, Nancy Grenon of Westford; a brother Gerald Grenon of Salem, NH; a sister Claire Bernier of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also the brother of the late Pauline Lefebre, and Richard P. Grenon.
