Philippe L. Brouillette

DRACUT - Philippe Leo Brouillette, 88, a long-time Dracut resident died peacefully early Sunday morning, February 13, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at a local nursing home.
A graduate of Lowell High School, he was employed as the Facilities manager by Massachusetts Electric where he spent his entire working career. He was an ace mechanic, a master electrician and a master carpenter. He enjoyed camping and cribbage, loved his dogs, and was an accomplished pilot. He was always willing to help everyone out and had a heart of gold.
He was the widower of Mary C. (Lallas) Brouillette and Betty H. (Webb) Brouillette. He was born in Lowell, on July 28, 1922 the son of Delphis and Diana (Chalifoux) Brouillette.
Philippe is survived by: his son Philip L. Brouillette and his wife Carol Anne and grandson Philip Brouillette III and granddaughter Jessica Robinson, all of Dracut, MA; his daughter Paula L. Burke and husband Barry of Tyngsboro, and grandchildren Samantha Becker of MD and Adam Nicholas Burke of SC; his brother Edward Brouillette and his wife Jackie of Dracut; and his sister, Sister Doris Brouillette of Lowell. He is also the brother-in-law of James C. Lallas and his wife Catherine of Dracut and sister-in-law Mary (Tournas) Lallas of Lowell. He leaves many nieces and nephews from the Brouillette and Lallas families. He was the step father of Joyce Lemire.
Philippe was the brother of the late Victor, George, Andrew, Charles, and Norman Brouillette, and of the late Bernadette Jodoin, Gertrude Morneau and Gabriel Brouillette.
He also leaves many friends at Fairhaven Nursing Home in Lowell. The family would like to thank everyone for the love and care given to Philippe during his residence there.
