LOWELL - Philip J. McDonald, 60, a Lowell resident, beloved husband of Constance P. (Simone) McDonald, died Sunday evening, September 13, 2009 at the Lowell General Hospital.
Born in New York, NY on June 13, 1949, he was a son of the late Hugh H. and Norma B. (Conley) McDonald.
Mr. McDonald was employed by the Raytheon Corp. of Andover.
He served with the United States Marines during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters, Melissa McDonald of Fl, Emily and Mary McDonald, both of Lowell; two sons, Philip J. McDonald, Jr. and Shawn McDonald, both of FL; four brothers and their wives, David and Kathleen McDonald, Hugh Francis and Maureen McDonald, all of FL, Joseph and Donna McDonald of NH and Robert and Kathy McDonald of FL; two sisters, Mary M. McDonald of FL and Kathy Ward and her husband Daniel of Pelham; a grandson, Anthony Riccardi of FL; several nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late John, Albert and Raymond McDonald.
