She enjoyed some special trips with Ray to Alaska, Hawaii, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Florida, and later as a widow to Rome and the Vatican. She loved to dance, and frequented many ballrooms with friends, the Commodore in Lowell and Wonderland in Boston being favorites, and many wonderful summers together with Ray and family and friends at York Beach in Maine and when she was younger at Hampton Beach, NH. She was a voracious reader of fiction her entire life, played classical piano, and in her later years became an avid hockey fan (both Boston Bruins and U Lowell), and tried NEVER to miss Alex Trebek on Jeopardy.

She leaves two children from her first marriage, Mark D. Dupont (Christine) of Pelham, NH, and Judi Dupont Long of Cape Elizabeth, ME. She also leaves 5 grandchildren: Philip Dupont of Salem, NH, Lauren Whitney (Christopher) of Nashua, NH, Jeff Dupont (Eli) of Dracut, MA, Kristin (Ducharme) Russo of Dracut and Justin Ducharme of New York and 2 great-granddaughters, Daniella and Samantha Dupont, of Dracut, MA; stepson William Ducharme (Carol), and beloved siblings Raymond Dussault, Leo Dussault, Rachel Brassard, and Maurice Dussault; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Leonie (Deschenes) and Aime Dussault, and husband Raymond Ducharme (d. 1998).

It being her wish, services were private. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may made in Pearl's memory to Food Pantry of Pelham, c/o St. Patrick's Parish, 12 Main St., Pelham, NH 03076.
