Obituary - Pauline E. LaJoie
Lowell - Pauline E. Lajoie, 92, a longtime resident of Dracut died Saturday November 3 at a local nursing home.
She was born in Lowell on November 5, 1914, a daughter of the late Dionis and Bernadette (Couillard) Lajoie.
Pauline attended Dracut public schools, and worked for Raytheon for 21 years, retiring in 1979.
Since Pauline's retirement she was a communicant of St. Francis Parish in Dracut where she was also a member of the Widowers Club. Pauline was a member of the Dracut Senior Citizen Club, the Lowell Senior Citizen Club, the East End Club, and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local1505.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews including, her niece Sharon Kane-Dickey and her husband Daniel Dickey of Lowell; great nephew Elijah Kane-Dickey of Lowell; nephew Dr. Alan Lajoie and his wife Patrcia of Londonderry, NH; niece Carol Lajoie of Merrimack, NH; niece and Godchild Bernadette Wilson and her husband Richard of Southbridge;niece Theresa Dacey and her husband Patrick of Dracut, nephew Robert Garon and his wife Janet of Sturbridge, nephew Richard Garon and his wife Coe of Sturbridge and nephew Paul Garon of Southbridge; niece Susan Boudreau and her husband Leo of Southbridge; and several great nieces and great nephews. She was also the sister and sister in law of the late Bernadine and Edward M. Kane, Gertrude and Louis Garon, Maurice and Yvette Lajoie, Clarice Lajoie, and great aunt of the late Edward Harry Dickey.
