DRACUT - Pauline M. (Turcotte) Foley, a Dracut resident, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at a local healthcare facility with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles D. Foley, Jr. who passed away on April 20, 1978.
Born in Lowell on March 4, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Victoria (Byron) Turcotte.
A resident of the Christian Hill neighborhood in the Centralville section of Lowell for many years, she was a long time communicant of St. Michael Church. While residing in Dracut she had attended Mass at St. Francis Church.
Pauline retired from the former Lowell Institution for Savings where she had worked in customer service and the accounting department.
Along with her sister Jeanne, she enjoyed swimming several days a week at the Lowell YMCA.
Pauline leaves three children, C. Daniel Foley and his wife Lori of Mt. Vernon, OH, Debra A. Lyons of Dracut and Michele L. Harvey and her husband Raymond of Lowell; her sister and companion, Jeanne L. McKenna of Dracut; a brother, Gerald V. Turcotte and his wife Ute of Long Island, NY; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Turcotte of Cleveland, OH; nine grandchildren, Dawn Lyons, Daniel Lyons and his wife Alexa, James Foley and his wife Ann, Andrew and Michael Foley, Greta, Victoria, Ian and Austin Harvey; two great grandchildren, Peter Lyons and Connor Foley; several nieces and nephews; three dear friends, Shirley Carroll, Ruth Myers and Dolores Silva. She was a sister of the late John A. "Jack" Turcotte and sister-in-law of the late Walter J. "Bub" McKenna.
