Pauline A. (Bevins) Bisson

LOWELL - Pauline A. (Bevins) Bisson, 86, passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 25, 2017 from a broken heart following the loss of her loving husband of 65 years Joseph R. Bisson only four weeks earlier. Their love and devotion for each other was so strong, they simply needed to be together for eternity.
Pauline was born in Lowell on July 10, 1931 to Warren and Cecilia (Goyette) Bevins and lived her entire life in her beloved Centralville area of Lowell, where she had lifelong friends and family near her. She was the proud mother of sons, Mark Bisson and his wife Karyn of Bedford, NH and the late Warren "Butch" Bisson and his wife Pamela Bisson of Pepperell who will remember the happier memories that were shared over a lifetime. Her grandchildren, Drew Bisson of Bedford, NH, Camden Bisson of Arlington, VA , Bryan Bisson and his husband Phil Stapp of Indianapolis, IN and Brendan Costa of Pepperell will always remember their Mémère, and know she always loved each of them.
Pauline was fortunate to grow up in a large close knit family and is survived by her caring brothers Robert Bevins and his wife Evelyn, Alfred Bevins and his wife Aline. Pauline is also survived by her loving sisters, Shirley (Bevins) Dufresne, Dorothy (Bevins) Carbonneau, and Eva (Bevins) Crawford. She is predeceased by her other siblings, Theresa (Bevins) Vezina, Donald Bevins, Warren Bevins and Rita (Bevins) Gustafson. Pauline is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives throughout the country.
Simply being with her husband and watching a "good story", eating treats or a lobster roll made her happy. She also would stand up for what was right and was always willing to help family and friends when they needed it. May she rest in peace with her loving husband Ray and her son Butch.
