Paul Michael Zannoni

Paul “Mike” Zannoni, age 76, a long-time resident of Lowell died Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Medway Country Manor. He was born in Lowell on November 22, 1948 and was the son of the late Katherine (Golden) and Paul Zannoni.

Mike proudly served his country in the United States Army. Prior to his retirement, he was employed for many years as a facilities manager for the Nashoba Brooks School.

He was communicant of St. Michael Church, where he spent many years involved in the religious education and the CYO programs.

Mike enjoyed the simple pleasures, whether it was spending time on the lake in Harrisville, NH or sitting around a table with great family and friends, raising a glass and listening to Irish music. He was proud of the Irish heritage and every year looked forward to his St. Paddy’s Day Bar Crawl.

Mike is survived by his children, Kristin Nealon and her husband, James of Bellingham and Timothy Zannoni and his wife, Caley of Brookline, NH; his wife, Judith (Trainer) Zannoni of Lowell; his grandchildren, Emma, Riley and Alex; his sister, Lisa Malcuit of Dracut; his brother, Dennis Zannoni and his wife, Fran of Dunstable; his brother-in-law, Richard Toupin; his sister-in-law, Helen Trainor; his brother-in-law, Arthur Trainor and his wife, Debbie; his sister-in-law, Janice Lyons and her husband, Steven; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends, who he enjoyed spending time with.

He was the brother of the late Bernard Zannoni, Edward Zannoni, Sr., Sharon Close and her husband, Ronald, Kathleen Toupin and brother-in-law of the late Arthur Malcuit.

Relatives and friends are invited to Mike’s Life Celebration on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 4 until 7 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 9 AM at St. Michael Church, Lowell. Burial will follow in Westlawn II Cemetery, Lowell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike’s memory to Home Base, 125 Nashua Street, Suite 540, Boston, MA 02114.
