Patrick Kenneth Greelish

Patrick Kenneth Greelish, 20 years old, beloved son of Stephen and Doreen (Smith) Greelish of Lowell who survive him, died September 14 at his Lowell residence.

Patrick was born on July 5, 1993 at the Boston Floating Children's Hospital and remained there for six months after his birth with developmental issues. Patrick was a fighter and never let his problems slow him down. He attended Lowell schools and was a Lowell High School student.

Patrick was a huge fan of Wheel of Fortune, and would watch it all the time. He was a big country music fan and an intent follower of NASCAR races. He was an avid Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox fan. One of his biggest enjoyments was listening to his Grandmother Barbara sing "Old Mac Donald" to him. Patrick's big smile and handsome looks endeared him to many in life. He will never be forgotten.

In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his Maternal grandparents, Barbara (Smith) Robertson and her husband George of Stoneham, MA and the late Kenneth Smith; his Paternal grandparents, John S. Greelish and Patricia Paquette of Saugus, MA and Marion Mailloux of Derry, NH; two aunts, Sheila Sullivan of Salem, NH and Susanne Greelish of Watertown, MA; a cousin, Gavin Greelish of Florida; three special friends who were also PCA'S for Patrick, Denise Moses and her daughter Laporsha of Lowell and Barbara Lawless of Tewksbury. His Grandmother Barbara also served as a PCA for him. He was also the nephew of the late Kenneth E. Smith, Jr.
