Patricia M. Smith

Lowell - Patricia M. (Kelly) Smith, 67, died Sunday August 29, at her Lowell residence.
She was born in Lowell on June 9, 1937 a daughter of the late Christopher J. and Lena (Chase) Kelly.
Ms. Smith graduated from Lowell High School, and prior to her retirement she was employed as a medical secretary.
She is survived by two sons, Richard P. Smith of Pelham and Kevin P. Smith of Lowell; a daughter and son in law, Kelly and David Boulard of Litchfield, NH; a brother Carl T. Kelly of Merrimack, NH; a sister Christina O'Connell-Lambert of Groveland; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Rita Lowney, Mary O'Conner, Margaret Driscoll and Christopher Kelly.
