Patricia T. (Wood) Richardson

DEERFIELD, NH - Patricia T. (Wood) Richardson, age 74, a longtime resident of Deerfield, NH died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 26th at Exeter Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late James H. "Jim" Richardson, Sr., to whom she was married for 55 years prior to his death on March 10, 2020.

She was born in Lowell on November 29, 1946, and was a daughter of the late George and Winifred (Moran) Wood. She received her education in Lowell schools.

Prior to her retirement, Patricia and Jim spent most of their careers traveling with various carnivals throughout New England.

She was a longtime member of the New England Showmen's Association.

In her free time she enjoyed going to the movies with Jim and spending time in the company of her loving family.

Patricia is survived by her son, James H. Richardson, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Deerfield, NH; a daughter, Lorry Oliver and her husband Lester of Raymond, NH; three grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, and Bryan Oliver; a brother, Joseph Wood and his wife Barbara of Nashua, NH; two sisters, Winnie Casale of Lawrence and Barbara Bellrose and her husband Ray of Lowell; a sister-in-law, Mary Wood of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.

She was also the mother of the late Patricia Richardson and the sister of the late George Wood, Robert Wood, and Theresa Wood.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Patricia's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Wednesday, June 2nd from 4:00 until 8:00pm. His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial on St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Patricia's memory to the Padre Pio Foundation of America, 463 Main St., Cromwell, CT 06416.
