Pamela L. Mondazzi

LOWELL - Pamela L. Mondazzi, age 74, a longtime resident of Lowell died Monday, August 9, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Lowell on April 5, 1947, and was a daughter of the late Albert and Constance (Langes) Mondazzi. She received her education in Lowell schools and graduated from Lowell High School, class of 1965.

Prior to her illness, Pamela was employed for many years by Siemens Water Technologies in North Chelmsford.

She was also a talented hair dresser for many years.

Pamela loved her time spent at the beach, listening to 50's music, especially Elvis, painting, crafting, and knitting. She also loved sea turtles and elephants, especially her adopted elephant Esoit. In her younger years, she enjoyed skiing and dancing. Her greatest joy however, was spending time in the company of her loving family and friends.

She will be remembered as always being positive no matter what and a strong person who courageously fought through all of her illnesses. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Pamela's family would like to thank the staff of Frenenius Kidney Care in Lowell for their comfort and care.

She is survived by the joys of her life, her nieces and nephew, Kristin Bosch and her husband Ismael of Lowell, Michael Santos and his wife Cassandra of Cape Cod, Melissa Santos of West Palm Beach, FL, and Tasia Rego and her husband Michael of Cape Cod; her adoring great-nieces and great-nephews, Amara, Kheady, Remy, Matthias, Riley, Vayda, Bryson, Lilly, and Vincenzo; her longtime friends, Cindy (Armstrong) Morin and Edie Lucas; and numerous cousins, whom she was very close to.

She was also the sister of the late Albert Mondazzi, Jr., Michael Mondazzi, and Paula Mondazzi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Pamela's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Sunday from 2:00 until 6:00pm. Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11:00am at the funeral home. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pamela's memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 209 W Central St, Natick, MA 01760.
