Pamela J. Chappell

Pamela J. Chappell, 57, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Monday, November 21, 2011 at the Kindred Hospital in Peabody.
Born in Toledo, OH on January 11, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Jeannette (Bryant) Chappell, Sr.
She is survived by her loving granddaughter whom she raised, Janelia K. Chappell of Lowell; a sister, Jocelyn Chappell of St. Joseph, LA ; a niece, Jeannette Chappell of OH. She was the mother of the late Tasha Chappell and sister of the late Charles Chappell, Jr., Melvin and Elbert Chappell.
