Normand Maille

Dracut - Normand Maille, 72, husband of Rita (Larmand) Maille, a Dracut resident, died Sunday morning at a local nursing home.
He was born in Lowell on August 27, 1931, a son of the late Harvey and Aldea (Lecours) Maille.
Mr. Maille was a veteran of the Korean War having served in the Army's 101st Airborne Divison as a Paratrooper.
Prior to his retirement he was employed by Raytheon Corp. for 39 years in the Andover office.
He was a communicant of Ste Therese Church in Dracut, and was a past officer in the Lowell VFW Walker Rogers Post 662, holding the title of surgeon.
Surviving him besides his wife, are a son and daughter in law, Richard and Katherine Maille; a daughter and son in law Norma and Larry Owen of Dracut, in the Army currently stationed in Mannheim Germany; and a granddaughter Stephanie Maille of Tyngsboro. He was also the brother of the late Francis and Marcel Maille.
