Norman L. Dion

Norman L. Dion, 83, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died on Monday morning, September 17, 2007 at Saints Medical Center.
He was the husband of Dolores C. (Lussier) Dion, with whom he would have celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on November 24, 2007.
Born in Lowell on May 3, 1924, he was a son of the late Frank X. and Agnes E. (Hamel) Dion.
Mr. Dion was a graduate of St. Louis Parochial School and Lowell High School. He was a lifelong parishioner of the former St. Louis de France Church.
Prior to his retirement in 1988, he was employed by the Raytheon Corp. of South Lowell as a tool and gage inspector.
In addition to his wife he leaves a daughter, Suzanne Dion of Lowell; a son and daughter-in-law, Norman M. and Margaret E. (Glanville) Dion of New York, NY; a brother, Victor A. Dion and his wife Eleanore of Dracut; three sisters-in-law, Doris Dion of Dracut, Anita Dion of Hermosa Beach, CA and Benita Bragan of Hampstead, NH; a brother-in-law, Lucien F. Lussier and his wife Barbara of Andover; also several nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late Bernard, Roger and Robert Dion.
