Norma J. Webster Fusco

October 6, 1931 — March 21, 2018

LOWELL - Norma J. Webster Fusco, 86, a resident of Lowell passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.

She was born in Staten Island, NY on October 6, 1931, and was a daughter of the late James W. and Maria R. (Kier) Webster. She received her education in Atlanta, GA schools and was a graduate of North Fulton High School.

Norma proudly served her country as a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed for 31 years as the Director of Cardiology at the former St. Joseph Hospital in Lowell.

Norma's greatest joy in life came from spending time in the company of her loving family. She also enjoyed watching football, especially her beloved Auburn University Tigers and the New England Patriots.

She is survived by her five children, Vincent Fusco, Jr. and his wife Janet of Leominster, Valerie Brown and her husband Michael of Derry, NH, Phillip Fusco and his wife Angela of Dunn, NC, Dawn Fusco of Concord, NC, and Traci Collins and her husband Sean of Dracut; eleven grandchildren, Taryn Staples and her husband Matthew of Derry, NH, Daniel Fusco and his wife Ellie of Boston, Shawn Hamilton of Concord, NH, Phillip Fusco Jr., Victoria Fusco, and Nicolas Fusco, all of Dunn, NC, Meghan Taylor and her husband Adam of Lexington, SC, Chelsea Thompson and her husband Jared of Concord, NC, Aaron Porter of Charlotte, NC, and Timothy Collins and Andrew Collins, both of Dracut; seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers and sisters.

Norma's family would like to thank the staff of Tufts Medical Center for the care and compassion that they gave to Norma and her family.

ARRANGEMENTS - Relatives and friends are invited to attend Norma's Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Her Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Norma's memory to www.flourishkenya.org/donate or mailed to: PO Box 193 Denver, NC 28037.
